Not every flooring issue requires a formal inspection. In many cases, problems can be clarified—or even resolved—through an initial conversation once the basic background is understood.

The information requested in the form below allows me to quickly review your situation before we speak. This helps ensure that your time, and your money, are not wasted on an inspection that may not be necessary or beneficial.

I prefer to start with a phone consultation before scheduling any on-site inspection. This allows me to understand the history of the installation, the type of flooring involved, and the nature of the concern so I can determine whether there is something meaningful I can assist with.

My role is not to escalate disputes or assign blame where it is not warranted. I do not believe in “pouring salt on a wound.” If an issue is minor, expected, maintenance-related, or not inspection-worthy, I will tell you that upfront. Likewise, if an inspection is appropriate, I will explain why and outline the next steps clearly.
