Meet Your Certified Flooring Inspector
Hi, I’m John Paul Vivieros, owner and operator of Northeast Flooring Forensics, a division of Jay Vee’s Inc. I have been a flooring professional for over 50 years; it all started in my late father’s carpet shop, Jay Vee’s Flooring. Since then, I have become certified and experienced across multiple sectors of the flooring industry from installation to inspection.
I specialize in flooring failure inspections, flooring forensic analysis, and consulting services providing detailed and accurate reports for manufacturers, architects, installers, homeowners, contractors, lawyers and facility managers.
I offer extensive experience in product specification and installation methodology, installation work (including prominent historical buildings, such as Harvard University) and resolving installation issues, managing and supervising large groups of installers across extensive residential projects (up to 200 per week), and maintaining high industry standards and providing excellent customer service.
Past clients include resolving installation issues within established and newly constructed medical facilities and hospitals, and completing extensive work within the Catholic diocese, school departments, multiple town/city police stations, state police barracks and chain supermarkets within New England and including Martha's Vineyard. Other notable clients include University of Connecticut, Town of Enfield Connecticut, JC Architecture, Holmes and Edwards, Allcock Marcus Law Firm, Katz Law, and Richmond Law.
